The Office of the Vice Rector of Clinical Affairs, Innovation and Sustainability is the direct interface between the departments and Med Uni Graz with information and services specifically for Med Uni Graz clinical staff.
The Vice Rector is responsible for all areas regarding cooperation with KAGes and directly represents Med Uni Graz on the hospital management board along with the Rector.

- Further development of joint processes with KAGes
- Teaching responsibilities and research opportunities for Med Uni Graz clinical staff
- Infrastructure for research and teaching as part of hospital construction projects (LKH 2020/2030)
- Goal agreements with departments and divisions
